An innovator in the financial technology industry, Steve has been awarded more than 20 patents for products ranging from secure payment processing to data access management and classification to multi-factor and biometric authentication. In his current role with Payouts Network^TM, he uses his deep technology expertise to ensure that the company’s one-of-a-kind, proprietary payment products remain secure and compliant.

Steve is a co-founder and continues to serve on the board of QuickVault, a SaaS solution that helps secure and protect sensitive information. He was responsible for regulatory compliance for licensed money transmission products and services at Fiserv and for prepaid products at First Data. As a principal payment industry consultant for Collective Dynamics for more than 20 years, he worked on product and technology improvements for major players in the payments industry, including Global Payments, SK C&C, PayPal, and TSYS.
