In this role, Preuss will lead the strategy and execution of Payouts Network’s real-time disbursement solutions, driving product innovation, and deepening partner integrations.

With more than 15 years of experience in fintech and payments, Preuss brings expertise in building scalable payment offerings, managing complex integrations, and delivering intuitive user experiences. His leadership will focus on expanding the platform’s reach and impact across service recovery payouts, rewards and incentives, and card-issuer loyalty.

Prior to joining Payouts Network, Preuss served as Head of Product at ConnexPay, where he helped scale the company from an early-stage startup into a globally recognized payments platform. He led the development of core infrastructure, including a unified issuing and acquiring stack, ACH processing, automated prefunding, and an integrated dispute management system, paving the way for the company’s expansion into Europe and Canada.
